SCHOLARSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is to certify that all information provided on this form is true and correct. The officials of CIE British School are hereby authorised to verify and investigate all information provided in this form.

I/We likewise agree to be governed by the following requirements, policies, terms & conditions established and implemented by the Scholarship Committee of CIE British School.

  1. The applicant must strive to uphold the values and ideals of nobility, commitment and service, positively reflecting the core values of the institution they represent.
  2. The applicant shall abide by the school rules and regulations as stated on the CIE School Manual.
  3. The applicant and his/her family shall manifest gratitude to CIE British School…
    a. By remaining loyal and respectful to the institution at all times;
    b. By being ambassador/s of goodwill of the institution at all times; and,
    c. By acknowledging that applicant is a scholar of CIE British School.
    For Applicants of Filipino National Scholarship Grant
  4. Applicant is required to present, upon enrolment, a valid Philippine Passport valid for at least 6 months to avail of the Filipino National Scholarship Grant.
  5. Failure to comply policy number 1 shall forfeit the applicant’s eligibility to avail the grant, which, in this event, the Regular School Fee shall automatically apply.

I/We further acknowledge that I/we have full understanding that, should the application be declined, CIE British School and/or the CIE Scholarship Committee is/are under no obligation to furnish the applicant with reasons for disapproval.

I/We hold myself/ourselves, jointly and severally responsible for any false statements and declarations and/or half-truths in the application. Should the scholarship be granted while it is proven that there were false statements and declarations and/or half-truths, the scholarship grant will immediately cease and its full amount must be refunded or returned to CIE British School for other deserving scholar applicants to avail. The violation of trust will forever prohibit any member of the family to avail of any future scholarship grants from CIE British School and/or its benefactors.
