TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ENROLMENT
As a parent and/or legal guarding of the student, I hereby declare that…
- I am fully aware of the academic rigours of CIE British School upon enrolling the student.
- I am willing work hand-in-hand with CIE British School to nurture and develop the potential of the student.
- I allow the student to join curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular school programmes (i.e. dance, plays, choral poetry, presentations, among others) when required.
- I am willing to actively participate in committees and fully support the school activities of CIE British School.
- I am willing to support the participation of the student in projects and programmes that aim to help the community.
- I am willing to volunteer our time in activities aimed at developing the student and the community.
- I am willing to attend meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops or other activities held by CIE British School for parents and/or legal guardians.
- I am fully aware of, and have agreed to pay, the school fees and other expenses entailed to enroll in CIE British School, inclusive of, but not limited to, registration fees, miscellaneous fees, books or worksheets, uniforms, development fund, external validation examination fees, among others.
- I am fully aware that the student may be eligible to apply for the Filipino National Scholarship Grant of CIE British School by presenting upon enrollment an original Philippine Passport with a validity of at least 6 months, that will be photocopied by CIE to form part of student’s record.
- I am fully aware that expenses are compulsory for swimming class (Year 1 to 5), Art class (Year 1 to 12), Ukelele Class (Year 1 to 5), Violin Class (Year 6-12) and Computing Class (Year 1 to 12).
- I am fully aware that CIE British School will entertain requests for withdrawals and/or refund only within the first two weeks from the start of classes.
- I am fully aware that an approved withdrawal and/or refund transacted within the prescribed period is subject to administrative charges of 35%.
- I am fully aware that ALL FEES of CIE are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE after the first two weeks from the start of classes.
- I am fully aware that all document requirements for official enrollment of the student must be submitted within one month from the start of classes (NSO Birth Certificate, Form 138, among others.)
